The statement that Gary made about anger is true, "Anger is the lack of oxygen" Before watching this episode I completed his deep breathing exercises. While watching this episode someone approached me in my office and behaved in a manner that would have normally upset me. I did not get anger, I just looked at them and calmly addressed their problem. I did not realize what happen until I was summarizing this episode. I will look deeper into his teaching.
