Canada Cobalt Works is already producing the highest grade, able too produce it at battery specs and is making deals with China, Japan and Germany. Their ReX-20 processes the cobalt on site and they will soon have a 600 ton a day plant.  Don't know what Johns talking about. Morocco for, CCW is five hundred miles north of where he is sitting.

eCobalt owns the only primary Cobalt metal mine in Idaho, USA. This one is unique in Co concentration and already EPA approved permits.

Recycling is pretty obvious, it has to be cost-effective clearly for companies to do it, otherwise subsidized and mandated by government. Clearly these commodities are under-valued greatly for what they are, that we can afford to throw them in the trash when their service life is up, and they are entering deficit, possibly long-term deficit, and the mining/exploration takes time (years) to ramp up...
