The "nothing" end is kind of comforting because you become a part of everything as your body breaks down. Its a neat cycle where we are born from minerals that originate from stars and return to being a part of it all. Plus side the same minerals that made up dinosaurs are in us and will exist forever as a part of all life on earth.
