QuickTip 1 - Playback Methods (Scrubbing and Rewind) in Premiere Pro CC

I want to scrub forwards or backwards slowly to sync audio and video precisely. I know about hitting 'J' or 'L', so I can track at normal speed or faster. But not slower. I tried the left and right arrow, but now the audio is jerky. Still have no precise way to sync audio and video. Dragging the playhead is the closest I have found, but the audio isn't smooth. Premiere Elements used to have an actual scrub wheel. Worked amazingly well.
