Excellent informational!
As an experienced mobile engineer but complete bumbling newbie to Web design, I found this very useful.
I didn't know for example the existence of layout builder plugins (makes us backend guys a bit more comfortable), also glad to hear about staging environment.
Doing a site for a local business and friend and considering building it locally and migrating it to the server when it is done vs editing live.
Is is hard to push from local?
