can we load an specific .bin or .safetensors file without downloading all the weight files?

Can you please show how you download the parameters.
I'm new to collab and huggingface.
And also where is the link of the huggingface model located that I copy to the link section of collab.
I trying to run the model from huggingface to collab yet it comes with errors so I don't know if I'm putting the right link in.
I know this may be easy for some yet I couldn't figure it out.
