AD could single handedly ensure that you never run out of content.

I have never seen a player get injured so consistently when nothing in the play even happened

I know it may be considered "ancient history" to some, but AD reminds a lot of Bill Walton. Walton's foot and ankle issues are the stuff of legend as it relates to consequential, consistent, "fluky" type of injuries. Like Walton, AD's "foundation" - his feet, ankles and legs are just weak, relatively speaking and making it even worse, he has a knack for landing awkwardly whether there was contact or not--a formula for disaster.

I like hearing a medical assessment like this, it's something that has been missing for many years.

I came here to hear your explanation on the injury. As a lakers fan it's hard to see him get injured but knowing what the injury is puts my mind at ease a bit. Thanks for these videos they help alot.

Fluke injury describes most of his career. And I don’t “blame” him but da*n it’s frustrating.

Not a huge name out there but it would be awesome to see a breakdown of the injury that happened to Teven Jenkins (Chicago RG) yesterday. It didn’t look like anything out of the ordinary but he sustained some type of injury to the neck. One of my favorite players in the league would love to hear your thoughts

His plant and take off looked awkward...he probably strained a tendon in his foot. AD's body is broken at this point. Probably has a few years left in the league

Man I just feel bad for AD. Like we know what he's capable of WHEN healthy but he just finds new ways to get injured. It's so frustrating.

At this point I wouldn't even be surprised if AD got injured jumping for the ball at the start of the game during tip off.

I genuinely thought he’d have an AD injury playlist by now. Get well soon Big man

I'm not a doctor of anything: I wonder if something happened when AD was going through a growth spurt that he couldn't fully adjust to his body so he gets injured a lot?

AD just trying to keep the content mill rolling for the Doc. He's single handedly providing the top tier content we come for with all these wild injuries

Thanks for the helpful video. In watching AD play, it seems that part of the issue is the awkward positions he gets himself into...he's often falling to the floor or contorting his body at weird angles before landing.

I love having Davis when he's healthy but man he is injury prone. Sometimes I can't tell if he's just overthinking, leading to injuries, or actual just this unlucky. I learned after having temporalobectomy it's possible to have a negative mindset leading to injuries. The human mind is very strong, but can backfire if you constantly picture the downside. Will power helped me overcome things quite often. Kobe was very strong in that category, with how bad those fingers were he never let it bench him. Once the negativity is pushed aside, changes will happen. Unfortunately, I feel like Davis is still stuck there at the moment.

I was thinking about what you said about Davis' tissue composition. It makes you wonder about players like Karl Anthony Towns, KD, Rudy Gobert, etc....they never sustained consistent major injuries. AD is always getting injured so it's definitely his own body he's up against. There was another player like him: Greg Oden Greg was so messy it only took him 3 injuries and he was done for good. So Anthony actually has a pretty good run of it.
