Why does the mod keep saying searching for content when I put it in content manager?

This is cool and all, but I got a mod (Formula Renault 2014) where I'm trying to install a physics update mod by Hamstackam. When I drag my update mod into content manager, I get the error message "Nothing to install found. Try installing manually?". So my question to you is, how do I get this update mod to work? Do I somehow have to find the files of the car itself and do something there?
