However, with this help, the Liberian government intends to transform the country from donor recipient to trade partner, creating jobs and prosperity not only for its own people but also for investors. In this meeting HE Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, President of the Republic of Liberia, sets out her vision for the country, and how this fits into wider efforts to promote global prosperity and security.
