I once made Galaktoboureko, but didn't find the semolina, so I used "Cream of Wheat"-the Greek lady that works at the grocery store recommended.It did work very well.Next time I'll use semolina, as I have it in my pantry now.Thank you so much for the recipe, it's my favorite dessert.
