Venison Backstrap Crunchwraps 🦌

Spin-off of @miguelscookingwithfire recipe. We used a spin with venison and @Tacticalories seasonings. The result was the bomb!! 🙌🏼

Ingredients:
Backstrap
Tacticalories Stump Jumper American Porter Meat Marinade

1 can refried beans
Shredded cheese
Cojita Cheese
Tortillas
Chips

1 tomato
1/2 bunch cilantro
1/2 onion
1 Anaheim pepper
1 avocado
Juice from 1 lime
1 spoonful garlic
Salt and pepper
- Blend and sit aside

Grill your marinated meat. Add one can of refried beans in a pot on the grill.

Remove meat and chop. Add Tacticalories Chipotle Lime seasoning to meat and return to grill on grill plate. Add cojita cheese. Remove and set aside. Remove beans as well.

Add tortillas to heat up (30 seconds each side, or so). Build your Crunchwrap: beans, shredded cheese, meat mixture, guacamole, and chips. Close tortilla and brown on each side.

Add hot sauce if desired, and enjoy!!
