Bishop Carlton Pearson Dies at 70

The once Mega-church pastor of Higher Dimensions Evangelistic Center, passed away peacefully at his home with ex-wife Gina Gauthier-Pearson, and their two grown children by his side. The gospel music artist died Sunday from pancreatic cancer.

A well known, influential preacher, Pearson gave a farewell bid to his social media followers before his death, saying, "I did not choose life, life chose me." Pearson was diagnosed with cancer 20 years ago, but was able to overcome the disease during that time.

Bishop Pearson shall be missed by family, friends, supporters, and others who knew him, his work and his message of love.
