It's just levelling to 80. No need for maxing hero put with skills etc. You can have the hero in blue tree and it's still working when on lv 80.

This is just disgusting... They are making it more and more expensive. yet another addition to upgrading hero. And needing lvl 9 skills just to access this thing? Like how many people can afford to max level 3 skills on 3 heroes every generation? Amount of gold frags and other stuff we earn by playing might be enough to get maybe 1 skill to lvl 9.... And looking at how much it gives in stats it is not "Meh, I will just ignore it" thing, those extra stats are MASSIVE.

Baffles me why people bother at all with this. There are so many players with so many features NOWHERE NEAR maxing… and to add another stupid pay to win feature, as RNG, which will be redundant when these heroes are replaced in 2/3 generations…

The only reason this game isn't dead is the gambling addiction it creates. At some point, people need to wake up and just stop, cut your losses.

SOS is worse than gacha games because, at least in gacha games, there is a pity system.
