This beautiful Sephardic song is sung by Jael Nordbek Azoulay.
Azoulay holds an MA in Musicology from Aarhus University, Denmark. She has Danish and Jewish Moroccan heritage and has grown up listening to Jewish Moroccan music and the sounds and rhythms found in Ladino music. She is the lead singer of Azulejos in which she presents a modern and personal interpretation of the traditional Sephardic tunes found in the Ladino repertoire.
