In my opinion these types of cars must meet the following requirements:

1. Driver/pilot must have a pilots license to pilot a private “aircraft”

2. Must have a navigation system

3. Must be able to communicate to air traffic control towers and other people on the ground

Ye that’s cool but going to need a pilots license and you have will contact the nearest air control tower to notify them if your about to take flight
