Drone video: Trinity River in Dallas after historic rainfall

Downtown would be under water if not for the trinity river. You'd have to be at the bottom of the levy to actually grasp just how tall it is and how high the water if behind it.

Guess why the banks on the side of the river are SOOOoooo high? Yeah, that's right, the engineers planned for this type of flooding BECAUSE IT'S HAPPENED BEFORE.
This is NORMAL, not a NEW NORMAL or maybe caused by some new kind of earth circumstances. IT'S NORMAL enough to have made plans for it to happen.

I just moved to west Texas last year from Dallas. I remember in 2015 the trinity had high water levels too, dont kknow if it was this high though

To me that this is a regular of well water flowing of a higher current of the water and not to imagine that of the sewers that are is like is coming back right set up again from different locations but you know this everyone sometimes that I gravity that I go the water could go up and sometimes that is not going down because you already know the answer
