Lipo 6 claims to be a super potent weight loss aid that works by boosting metabolism, reducing appetite and promoting energy with 2 capsules a day. It also guarantees results within 30 days.

As amazing as this may sound, I’d like to tell you that the ingredients tell a whole other story. Lipo 6 is unnecessarily heavy on caffeine which can give side effects.

The other ingredients are very generic and don’t have set daily values. Artificial colourings are also used which don’t have any benefits and aren’t really needed in a weight loss capsule. Proprietary blends have a reputation for not being transparent and as a result, ineffective at helping you lose weight.
