Getting Useful Symbolic Results from Mathematica: FullSimplify[] and Constraints

Sometimes, Mathematica needs a little help to get clean results. We can provide constraints in the FullSimplify[] command that help Mathematica provide an output that is more useful. Our constraints make the result more specific to the problem at hand, so Mathematica need not keep the results overly general.

Before watching this video I was asking life to give me a sign with a quantum-mechanics significance. Life answered me and sent me this video.

Short question: Is there a way to show symbolic results for simple calculations like (a+b)^7? Because mathematica only shows me the result (a+b)^7

Nice, thanks!
P.S. When you're not coding and are talking to us, you can look at the camera 😉
