WCIU-TV 7:00PM Rejoin 2017 - 'ABC 7 Eyewitness News on The U'

Featuring The U's new logo, this rejoin debuted in the summer of 2017. Like the talent rejoins, it appears at the top of the B-block when both regular anchors are off. With anchor Hosea Sanders on continued medical leave, this is shown quite often. When co-anchor Cheryl Burton is on the air, only the talent rejoin with her leading is used.
