Y’all it does work all you gotta do is show proof that you did purchase it by clicking on that red message 0:02 and it’ll take you to a google form which you need to show a picture of the Fresh receipt with the card purchase including the store name than submit it. They will review it but it’ll take about 2-3 days max, than you’ll see that gift card money has been transferred into your account. Hopefully that helps, I suck at explaining but I tried I mostly speak Spanish

Bru i bought 100 fookin euro google play card and cant redeem it cuz google play asks for more info, and when i send it they answer "u cant redeem this card" like mfs how tf i cant if i already bought it.and customer service is as useless as a old man with dementia at war.hate google.never gonna buy their shitty cards or any other shi again.

0:25 ... That's not why; because they even acknowledge the amount I purchased onto that the card, in that message. Next it pops-up with a "Confirm" link showing THAT Amount purchased on that card.. That tells me I enter the correct code. Or it would've never acknowledge by asking me to "confirm" that value linked to that ($10 to $200) card.
Bottom line they're thieves, and they invade OUR privacy. I'll never use any of their services again - lesson learned.
