I spotted the differences between the real Mualani and the Mualani in this vid and knew it was fake. Also I am from Vietnam too
Here's the differences just in case you don't know:
1: The whatever accessories it's called on her head (no not her headband) has a different color. The left one is a grayish blue color just like in the real Genshin but the right one is grayer than real Genshin's one
2: In this vid, Mualani's accessories are grayer than they are in the real Genshin
3: Mualani's longer part of the hair does not show much when you look at it from the front in the real Genshin but it does show a when you look at it from the front in this vid
4: The Mualani in real Genshin does not T-pose while the Mualani in this vid T-poses
I know Mualani does look laggy but it's normal for laggy players
