Beautiful Mountain Flight in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024

A flight in Canada during the MSFS 24 Tech Alpha demo! This is NOT the final product and you are seeing a bare bones version of the simulator that is only there to gather telemetry from players.

I love seeing positivity about MSFS 2024. I had a great time with the tech alpha and came away wanting to play it more, and then I made the mistake of going on the MSFS reddit and saw everyone trying to convince each other to be ready to be disappointed with '24.

I really like how Asobo also worked with creators of Planet Zoo for them to create animals for the sim. Wholesome fun. Really cool. The technology behind this sim. Blackshark AI, animal migration, crops (I totally didn't know that wow), weather, all the available sea traffic from data, oil rigs. Mind boggling. And still Asobo CEO wants to improve and improve the sim. Especially places where data is super limited - Antarctica for example, mentioned in an interview that this is also a goal.

wow Jeff this is absolutely perfection for your choice of location, i mean Banff is a "bucket list" location. and it looks just like it does in real life.
GA flying is going to be even better in MSFS2024, we all thought MSFS2020 was good for GA flying, the 2024 version brings it to a whole new level. and the good part is everything seems to be all in one package, whereas in 2020 you kind of needed the add on 3rd party seasons pack and all the rest of it. looks like MSFS2024 has got it all integrated into the core sim, which is great to see and hear.

Missed out on signing up for the Tech Demo but been watching Capt's, Squirrels, and now Jeff's videos until November. Took some time off of work just to enjoy the sim more or release date. I cannot wait! :)

Welcome to Golden BC! Was amazed to see in the first second of the video Mt Moberly perfectly rendered in its early fall dusting of snow. My home town, and you picked a nice route down the valley along the Columbia river. You were right above Mitten and Nine Bay lakes when you started playing with the weather. Not sure why they put some clear cuts across the river from the airport in Golden though, there are none there. Thanks for the video.

I usually fly airliners in msfs2020 but seeing this really makes me wanna fly GA and bush trips. Great video, great location and msfs 2024 is gonna be awesome!

Interesting spinning a C172 as I didn’t do that here in NZ, just stalls. I had to get spin training flying sailplanes, before my PPL which didn’t include spins. Cool to see thanks. Laurie. NZ. 😊
