What about the women who would not feel comfortable with a biological male placed with them? The system should figure out what to do in cases like these. There was a transgender who felt like a woman who went to a spa, got in the section for women and stripped naked. Women and little girls saw everything. Women shouldn’t have to give up their spaces to please anyone.

No sorry. From the past, Nikita was placed in the correct cell. Its not complicated at all. Perhaps to stay in a separate cell would have worked. What about it being "safe and unfair" for the actual women? I know many women wouldn't have been comfortable with that at all! How is that sticking up for women? No sorry. They did the right thing. There are cases where they put transgender people in with women and they had lots of pregnancies. Perhaps yeah it might be dangerous but it's also dangerous for women who should be our first priority as fellow women.
To put Nikita in a separate cell perhaps would be good.

I am so sorry, I love you but my personal opinion is; jail isn't meant to be a place of "comfort", don't act up, abide by the rules and you won't be traumatized.
They separate them from general population, so she gonna be ok. Next time don't break the rules, problem solved. Or at least if you gonna act up at least have bail money and a lawyer on retainer so they can get you out before the fingerprints dry 😂

As a member of the LGTBQ community I respect her for living her authentic life. As a woman I am so FRUSTRATED with the transgender community. I honestly think they should get their OWN sports, jails and etc…. And to anyone transgender kindly consider other women, women who were born a woman how we must feel. You want equality in sports when we are STILL struggling for equal pay, the beds in women shelters. Advocate for your own please. I don’t know this young woman and wish her the best, I do.

A biological male needs to be put in jail with other men. He should of thought about the consequences before assaulting the police officer. He should not be placed with women either because he could be a danger to biological women too.

Sometimes it is a bit complicated in housing such because there was a similar case, a man who identified as a female, was placed by request with females, but he was impregnating a lot of women, so it's not always quite clear

That necklace is giving 😍. The prison system just goes by biological gender they don't care what you identify as. Prison is exactly what it is, no frills, even the gays get put with the straight. Tbh, there are all sorts of rapey behaviours going on in the prison. No one is safe. The best thing is to stay out of it. In my opinion, it might be wrong, but if that was a biological female identifying as a male, she would be more at risk in a male prison.

It was reported by the jail that Nikita was never placed in general population with men. Nakita was separated from other inmates.

Wow. All I can say is that, if she still have her males parts down there, then it’s not safe for the women as well. They should place her somewhere else or maybe create another cell for herself and others. Thank you

She was not in the men’s prison. I’m trans and from Miami FL. Nikita has been known to lie and exaggerate, she was being kept in a separate facility. She made a huge embarrassment of our community.
