Completely safe as long as you don’t stick your hand in like a normal garbage disposal, it doesn’t matter if has blades, you should stick your hand into a high-speed, spinning device, whether or not it has sharp edges, it will destroy the bones in your fingers, and then tear the skin, and honestly would probably prefer getting cut by it. Then you would have what will happen to your hand in a high speed, spinning chamber.
