This is super helpful!!! It’s nice to see the movements broken down into each individual foundation, makes it way easier to process and digest things we see nowadays after seeing the original moves in their rawest form! I'm so happy I had a mirror in my bedroom growing up. I used to spend hours trying to copy all of these dance moves from my favorite artists or backup dancers. I love this art form; you always feel so powerful and it brings so much life to a party when you show up doing these moves <3 Thanks for sharing and having the names alongside them! I can never remember what they're called since I only learned by watching. Also, shoutout to the Butterfly move; oh man, I felt so good when I figured that one out

Doing this dances really helped with my anxiety. Usually I just do breathing exercises or puzzles but today I was going into a panic so I thought some movement could help all this adrenaline. And it actually did! Also cause the beat and the moves here are so fun they distracted me so easily and made me laugh at myself doing the nasty.
