I have the Roses Mira and The Castle as well! I'm currently working on the Tinker Bell and Peter Pan Fly to Neverland kit from the Dreams Collection, after doing the Pinocchio vignette, and I have the Fantasia vignette waiting in the wings, lol. Be prepared for A LOT of fractional stitches, back stitching, and just color changes in general, but the end result is absolutely worth it.
As far as the Miras go, I would stitch them on a 16ct or a 14ct. I had started my first Mira earlier this year on an 18ct because that's what I always stitch on, only to realize that the beads would not fit well. You should check to see if there are any 1 over 1 stitches on the charts (usually done for the skin), because if you do stitch it on the 16/14ct Aida instead of a 32 ct fabric, then that means you'd have to break up one square into four tiny tiny ones.

Your Pokemon is so much fun. I can see what you mean about finishing it being bittersweet since you have put so much time and effort in. The cards you showed are very interesting. I have never stitched a mira but Melina has. She showed her finish on our last flosstube. I don't remember if she did it on an evenweave or a linen but it was opalescent and beautiful. That playing card one you have would look stunning on a white opalescent fabric I think. Enjoyed your 2nd video and I didn't have as much of the strange feedback on this one. 💜 - Connie

Another great video! I can’t believe how big your Pokémon piece is! The koala kit was one of the first pieces I stitched when I started stitching again a few years ago. I have the set (koala, cockatoo, galah, and possum) hanging in my hallway. The koala will be such a cute gift!
