Sometimes people just follow the crowd. Instead of thinking for themselves they copy what others are doing – a bit like sheep do. Why not leave the crowd and learn an informal English word to describe them,

The sentence: "what are you bleating on about?", the noun: "bobble hat", the definition: "sheeple is a mix of sheep and people, it describes a so-called super hero - sheepman who is stupid like sheep but walking on 2 legs like human, easily led by the crowd or trends" and the information: "smartphones will be half price in months' time" are things i've learnt from this program. Many thanks to the English we peak!

Interesting Frankenstein word. Thanks BBC learning English! Am I right in assuming that this word is an uncountable one? Only singular? We can't say sheeples, can we?

We do not always need to be sheeple,
but sometimes it's not bad,
because we can share something fun
by getting same experience.

Think flexibly!

I have a question: Was this dialogue standard or could it be considered rude? Because Neil asked what was his friend "bleating" about and Feifei also used kinda aggressive words in my opinion. Would someone help me understand, please?

Ok, since 'sheeple' is a combination of 'sheep' and 'people', wouldn't the singular of 'sheeple' be 'sheepson', as a combination of 'sheep' and 'person'?

Wake up, sheepson!
