Many thanks much appreciated - However, would be great if the English could be stated first and then the Hebrew so I could listen to this at work and familiarise myself with the words whilst working - That's not to take away from your kindness in providing these videos :) I can still listen at work it just means I have to think, which is difficult when your job is a thinking job, much love - God bless Israel!

01:24 Are "NaHaR" [river] and "HaR" [mountain] related in any way? They seem to share two consonants.
Also, I don't quite get the pattern where the plural ending should be "-ot" and when "-im". Any hints?

i think that is not correct pronunciation. long and short vowels are pronunciated in same way

Yeah, no! Try actually pronouncing ע, and modifying ר, ח, כ to sound at least a bit like the Biblical.
