For those living outside the USA: in my 38 years experience as software developer, I have learned that the taller the "wall of requirements" the worse they treat you and - sometimes - the worse they pay you.

Really good companies *RARELY* need to go the anonymous internet to look for workers because they get actively hunted by potential employees and flooded by their applications.

Really good companies don't need to specify 800 requirements, they just talk to you and figure out if you are good for them or not. You are good if you can help them, not if you know every of those 800 technologies before you start.

Those who heavily advertise (often on multiple media and using freelance, ignorant "head-hunters") are fishing in the sea to pick up the perfect fish and pay it as little as possible. Stay clear of them.

I found the best job on Facebook as an ad. Love it. It's front end dev with and only with VueJS, CSS/SCSS/Tailwind.
Have also found a good Laravel job on a Facebook group but they did not wanted remote work, just in the office and I passed it.
