I don’t think anyone imagined the progression would ever reach a level like this back in the day. Tony Hawks 900 was so impactful I think most skateboarders who were around at the time can all recall the event like a pope dying or 9/11. And now this trick is a simple YouTube clip, Tony Hawk had so much exposure for his 900 it made national news
