what about control of humidity levels? Is this an off-the-self window AC unit? I've read they can keep at most 55-60% of humidity levels in those rooms. Flowers need more like 90% humidity, veggies/meat 85-90%.

You should look into insulating your floor. The concrete may be causing the problem with temperature not getting low enough. I’m building mine and will put down a floor with insulation on top of the concrete slab.

Excellent job done. Could u kindly tell us what kind of Glue we can use for Styrofoam joints. Most of them spoil the foam.

I can’t wait to see the butcher video. I’m currently trying to source an old stainless bulk milk tank so I can utilize it as a scalding tank for our hogs this year. We want to do a lot of traditional stuff, scald and scrape, pork rinds, jowl bacon, and salt cured country hams are all on my “wish list.”

I wonder.. if I build my walk in cooler inside the garage... how big of a deal would it be having my a/c pulling air from inside the garage? I don't wanna make holes into my garage exterior in case I wanna move it
