Your penmanship is lovely! There are a couple errors though:
The bar above the "M" is used to indicate a labialized consonant like the "kw" sound in "queen" ("mw" here is not a labialized consonant). Also, you wrote the second "S" with a sa-rince, which is used to indicate plurality. Is should be the same "silme" as the first "S".

It's beautiful, but according to english and elvish phonetics difference it would be more sensible to write "Sëmwais". Elf would reed it like "Sämw-ee-sæ"
But it remembered me of old times when Tolkien wrote on Thror's map message on modern english with anglo-saxon futhark.
