EA went all in on catering to the sweats this year, making the game borderline unplayable for those of us who aren’t above-average at the gameplay. Not only did they remove division matching for friendlies, they drastically reduced the squad battles grind and increased the rewards so that better players are encouraged to participate. Getting elite squad battles rewards was the last refuge for people who weren’t good at the game to have a chance at half-decent rewards.
