Had no idea a revision even released until I saw this video! The album artwork is particularly great - easy to see what’s playing while driving. I also agree with the volume slider being persistent.

I switched from android, so I was searching in the settings on how to minimise the fullscreen art😂 turns out its just a simple tap😅

It still pisses me off that there's no "real lockscreen" mode to make it behave like back in the day when iOS was well-designed. I really like the large album artwork, but I don't _ever_ want buttons on the lockscreen that only require a regular tap to activate (or a volume slider...ever) – it basically defeats the purpose of the lockscreen for those of us that don't use a passcode. If people want that, fine, but let me fix it. Back in the day you had to double-click the home button to display media controls – something you're less inclined to do accidentally. I just want a locksceen that is entirely passive (aside from unlocking, that is).

In beta 1 or 2 of iOS 16 I saw a “placeholder” for an Apple Arcade widget. It didn’t show up in the “Widgets” list, but it showed up in the “recommended” widgets as either a small square and rectangle. Nothing populates, and it wouldn’t let me add it though. I can’t find any other info about it online. Have you seen it? I wish I had taken a screenshot.

In my opinion the iOS 16 version is better than the iOS 7-10 version because I love the way the colour of the artwork blends in the background, compared to when your wallpaper blurs in the background when music is playing when you run iOS 7-10 on iPhone 4-7
