this makes me really sad. I was sent a birthday package by my ex in january- usps told me it was delivered to my workplace- it wasnt I looked everywhere to find it. He passed away in May and I will never know what was sent.

I had ordered a lip gloss from China & they told me my package was lost. They gave me a refund & told me if I received it, that it was a gift. I actually received it yesterday & I was so happy. I hope that the people with lost packages all get a refund. Have a great day!!!!😊🌸💕✨🌿

From someone who just went through a nightmare with sending a return to Amazon, USPS saying it was delivered and Amazon saying they don't have it and haver tons of emails, chats and calls and Amazon customer service being condescending with me.... This hits differently.

The thing I do not understand about "lost" packages is like.... the address is still on there? Should they not just keep trying to deliver it? Why are they allowed to give up?

This reminds me---My doc's office called me 2 weeks ago to tell me the mail service lost my tests, never made it to the was a routine "lady parts" discharge swab. I've been living every day in uncomfortable horror about where it ended up.
