Oh my goodness I want mine to be “boring” so bad. Right now it’s like a cranky 2 year old who won’t sleep until it conks out in its spaghetti-O’s. Great video, as usual Dr. B

I look forward to seeing MS being diagnosed in a timely manner and treated with high efficacy drugs quickly. I’d love to see it become “boring” and easily manageable!! Thanks for all that you teach us!

I love how you were straightforward and to the point, but were very quick to dish out a healthy dose of optimistic hope! Thanks as always, doc! -Thomas.

I did the 5k MS . I was the first woman crossing the line. Was I in pain - yes and would I do it next year- yes. I proved to myself that I could do it. I’m going back to school and the best is yet to be!

Love your peaceful lovely endings to your videos. I grew up on a lake & this ending was so pleasant.

You have made my night, my tommorow and very probably my week, and my whole new life as a new ms patient. It will be my mantra to hold on to that moment we will have new or more medication so the future won't be that terrifying.

You have made my days ! A big thank you from France ! Merci very much for all your videos

Thank you for this video Dr. B. This is great information. Would you be able to discuss HCST? I have heard many people discuss this and would like to know your opinion on this treatment.

Hey Dr. B how much exercise do you recommend? Diet part is so hard. I’m not over weight but need to eat healthy but then ice cream happens. We have this crappie disease at least we should be able to have ice cream right. Thank you for all you do Dr. B.. I have a really great doctor I love but it is so helpful hearing your videos. Hoping for the boring MS. (Do you know my doctor Dr. Daniel Wynn in Illinois? He is involved with the clinical trials too like you.)

Great video as always Dr B.
I have a question. Is there anything I can do to make decision making easier. I struggle with making the most simplest of decisions. For example: what to make for dinner.
I just recently took an offer on a new job. And omg I had every emotion possible in the making of the decision. Finally I decided to take the offer.
So the question. what can I do to make the process easier and less stressful. Thanks Craig (from scotland) ps my job is a Baker 👨‍🍳

Hey Doc! Random question from this video- knowing that you do not feel there will be a cure in your lifetime, how do clinicians and healthcare workers cope mentally with seeing long term decline in their patients? You and your team build relationships at such a high level with patients, that I'm sure there are times where it takes a serious toll.

Appreciate the videos, honesty, and your passion.

Thank you for all that you do for all of us out here in YouTube world. We are strangers to you & you reach out to help. That takes an amazing person. I do have a question. I'm 5 months post round 1 lemtrada. I know that the next round is just around the corner & i know some people need round 3. But what if i just stop after round 2 even if i need a 3rd. What if i just stop treat3my m.s. all together. Im tired it's getting harder to fight the uphell battle.

good video and an expected answer...so the follow up question; are we close to a "remylanation-like" therapy to help repair/partially repair damage.
