Brad, any tips for building muscle while training Muay thai. I'm going over soon, and im trying to plan out a training schedule before I get there. Is there any way I can get the benefits of both types of training without losing weight? I have been taking notes of all your tips so far.

Question how do you go about renewing your visa or extending your time there do you have to go back home and than come back or can you just visit somewhere else and come back and it starts all over again ?
