It's so true.My second Lord is Mercury sitting in 12th house Leo. 1st Lord sun right at ascendent. I moved to america twice ( once 7years then 5 years ) but then I came back to native land !

My second lord jupiter is in second house with rahu. 9th lord venus is in lagna. My ascendent lord saturn is in 11th house with 6th lord moon. 5th mercury and 7th lord sun is in 12th. 10th lord mars is in 10th.

Yes, very interesting, this one. My Ascendant ruler is in the 7th, while the ruler of the 2nd house is in the 9th. And I did move far away. Very interesting.

If someone has 4 planets in the 9th house,
and rahu in the 4th house it means foreighn settlemen or long distance travel.

(1, 2, 3, 4, 9, 11&12 lords are in the 9th house)

I am Leo.
My ascendant is Saturn which is in 12th house. Rahu is in 2nd house. This combination makes a permanent settlement in foreign land but I am already 28 and no signs of settling abroad.
