The ability to buy supply by calling mutt is great. I hope they let us resupply our MC businesses and Bunker by calling LJT and Agent 14 as well in the future.

I wish that the Acid Lab would’ve been added to the Nightclub warehouse because imagine the amount of money we could make with that. Absolutely insane

This is a very good guide. Appreciate the effort you put in to make it as accurate as possible

I like that you don't have to spend $2, 000, 000 to get the acid lab and you play it like a story mode mission.

I think the coolest thing about the acid lab and the missions is that you technically get all the money back from the rewards plus a cool car

Something to note, you can only order supplies on the phone while the acid lab is spawned. It also tells you the current product value, so if you memorize the max sell value you can run this business without ever actually going to it, other than to start the sell missions! Great business, great video!

I like how beginner friendly and easy this buisness is to set up

Dude... TGG is THE MAN!! Such a great clear complete and succinct video at the same time! It must have taken a ton of work to test everything out! All the hours!!! All the Dax missions alone! I'm still working on them! Got two to go! Gonna complete them today and upgrade the lab! I found the delivery missions in this business to be super fun! I love the delivery bike! Rockstar did it right this time! Improving the business all around! Can we get a woop woop for SOLO!!!

Calling to buy supplies is the best thing about this. Basically makes this completely passive like the night club. Don’t have to lift a finger and then sell for 500k+ in a public lobby protected by ghost mode. It’s awesome. One thing to note, I never understand why people bother factoring in the cost of the supplies bought now a days since like the agency updates and all….. it’s so easy to grab fast cash, just offset it lol. Especially now with calling the guy- for example once fully upgraded you only need to buy 60k of supplies once, then like 36k worth of supplies to have a full sale ready.. that’s 96k total…. So what I do is on the first 60k supplies I call him, soon as I hang up I call Franklin for a payphone hit, get paid 85k in under 3-4 mins of fun work, now that hit just paid for my supplies + 20k towards the next batch. Now I stop by my agency or my nightclub and snag my passive 50-100, 150k or whatever is in the safe, boom now I didn’t lift a finger for my supplies, they are paid for fully so no dent in my bank account, and when I sell the acid lab it’s all profit 😎

Finally a solo friendly business like the nightclub but on a smaller scale. After the equipment upgrade and boost you can make some really good money in the background

Great guide. Tons of people rushing to judgement before getting the equipment upgrade. This business is VERY good.

Thanks for the regular updates on all things new and guides.

As a side note, you can start the Dax missions after the first encounter with him. I did several of these in between the First Dose missions (and playing solo bombed a couple of those so did more while cooling off) and when said and done only had a few more to go once I had the lab to unlock the improvements.

Wonder if/when they'll tie this to the arcade supercomputer with your other businesses?

I absolutely love how you break everything down and make sure everyone can understand what you're saying on top of doing all of the math for us.... keep up the great work man

I love that we have to “earn” the acid lab, as you said. Makes it feel so much more meaningful

THANK YOU SO MUCH. You're literally who everyone looks for when something new is happening to understand it. You carry Rockstar updates on your back, I swear. Thank you for posting all these videos and keeping up with everything that happens. Love you man ❤️‍🔥

I always appreciate you doing the math (or going to other Internet sources for it, like for the CEO cargo warehouses)! It's not hard math, but tedious. And judging from other YT videos, unique on YT. Might as well be advanced calculus since I see a lot of creators and commenters never bothering to do the math. I get that only a small minority of such a large player base will want to nerd out about the details, but that's still a lot of people who I'm sure appreciate your work and numbers!

With the way it was set up (with upgrades like other passive businesses), I suspected that the profit margins would look something like this. Barely break even on non-upgraded lab and fully paid supplies, just like all the other businesses. But I was hoping, and good to see you confirming, that it'd be competitive with the high end of the other good passive businesses or income -- bunker, MC coke, nightclub, payphone hits.

I forget if I've already belabored your comments with this before, but one measure I personally use is GTA$ earned per minute of active gameplay time. I "only" had GTA$60 mil going into the DLC release, but that was more than enough for whatever I actually care about. So passive waiting time or cooldowns for the businesses to reach their sell mission thresholds isn't a priority -- I can wait a day or a week IRL, if that means only needing to check in for a few minutes 1-2 times every day, to restock and bump popularity. Here, my priority is least time spent having to actively play to grind out money. I want to cash out as quickly as possible, then spend my other non-grind play time faffing around inefficiently and doing what I want, instead of having to endure playing gopher for a bunch of passive-aggressive NPC tools.

Since all the top passive incomes earn roughly the same per hour (about GTA$ 50-60k), for me the convenience and typical time length of each sell mission is the next factor. I can usually bang out a nightclub mission in 10 mins or less, meaning I cash out the cargo value at a rate of about $70, 000 per active playing minute. Bunker missions take longer and are sometimes more annoying to me (e.g. rando cars colliding and unhooking the Phantom Wedge trailer, sending it flying, etc.), and usually take 12 minutes or so, meaning I cash out the inventory at about $55k per active minute. Payphone hits are about $17k per minute, CEO mixed cargo is about $16k per minute if the warehouses are located closest to the Terminal. Could do single-vehicle MC coke sales too for about $15k per minute, but I find those particularly annoying.

(B/c I'm no Cayo Perico expert, I typically solo'd the heist in 75 minutes, scoring about $1.1m. Cash out the mission at approx $15k per active minute played. That was with full loot bag and 100% stealth over the compound rooftops, which appears to be more difficult now. I had already stopped doing Cayo Perico regularly before the nerf, b/c active play time took too long and wasn't particularly efficient, and now I guess I have even less reason to, unless I really feel like it.

CEO warehouse sales are even less worth it for play time spent, if the player sources the crates at 4 minutes per crate -- about $3500 per active minute spent playing. Passive staff sourcing takes about 1 minute per crate for the player to make the rounds if all the warehouses are lined up close to each other, visiting each warehouse and staff to request sourcing every 48 minutes -- about $12k per active minute. So only in my limited opinion, it's only competitive with other income missions to sell staff-sourced large warehouses when there's at least a 1.5X bonus multiplier.)

So I'm looking forward to trying out a couple acid sales to see how they stack up. This may slot into my 10-20 minute rotation nicely just after nightclub and bunker missions, and ahead of everything else.

4:55 when buying supplies, only do it remotely by phone when you know it’s empty. Unless you’re right on the split line of a supply block, you’ll get charged fully to fill a partially filled block, wasting up to $12k. The only way to know you’re exactly between two supply blocks is to be in the lab itself to see it and only buy then.

also a really good thing to note, incase he says it later in the video, where im at right now is 1:30, the missions to unlock the acid lab pay hella upon completion and if you complete the whole story line you can make up to about 400-500K if its your first time completing them, and they aren't hard to do either, and the 4th mission is the best one and fun to do with a friend since you go on an acid trip and in the end of it you and your friend are basically playing tag but with muskets, and your friend is a rabbit (or you) and the one with the musket has to shoot the rabbit, and then when you do, you become the rabbit, the rabbits goal is to reach a gate, once you do, you and your friend will be abducted by aliens and then dropped from the sky
