Thanks for your tutorial. I'm having the same problem with Windows Server 2016. The troubleshooter didn't help me. Your second solution doesn't apply to Windows Server 2016.
Looking at KB2267602 update itself you can see that it's quite obvious Windows Defender antivirus update. So I opened Windows Defender, clicked on Update page and clicked the "Update definitions" button. So it downloaded the latest definitions and installed them. Now I have the latest updated Windows Defender and Windows Update stops trying to install KB2267602 update.
I hope this can help somebody stucked with KB2267602 problem.
