I smuggled my ROG Ally into the MSI booth to compare it to their brand new handheld gaming PC, The Claw.

I love that easily repairable electronics are starting to become the norm in certain niches.

Seeing all these competitors to the Steam Deck really makes it clear how valid Valve's concept was. It also makes me wonder what Valve will bring to the eventual Deck 2.

Talking about repairability at CES on their stand is absolutely great!

Who's in charge here? The The Claw's our master! He decides who will stay and who will go!

Im so happy that handhelds are making a comeback. It does remind me how far head of its time the PS Vita was 😢. I got an ROG Ally a few months ago and absolutely love it

Damn LTT. Opening up the insides on the CES floor. This kind of coverage is incredible !

That thunderbolt port is probably going to be a huge seller since rog's proprietary one is super expensive

One thing you might update is the reasoning for recommending the middle one. 50$ for the jump from 512 to 1tb is pretty reasonable, the small ssds still haven't really materialised in the same cheap and available manner as the large ones and unless you already have a 1 tb lying around you'll definitely pay more than 50$ for that (of course you'll also have a 512 in the upgrade mix to add to that value and in my eyes 512 is totally enough on these, especially when you add in a micro ssd and offload some of the lighter indie games)

The one thing I miss watching LTT on Floatplane is the top tier champagne quality Dennis ad reads!

I appreciate the detail you went into about the MSI Claw, covering everything from external design to internal specs. The news about the integrated Thunderbolt 4 port for external graphics is exciting, looks like an innovative move.

I cannot wait to see the future of handhelds as more companies are coming out with their own designs. I just wanna see the competitive price comparison between each handheld, really I just wanna see and know what's gonna be the bang for our buck, like what's gonna be cheapest and best performing.

2:43 Cliff coming in for the save. That's why he's the manager.

Must say, I like the naming of this device the most. The CLAW just sounds badass. Lol.

I love that Clifford came in to tell Linus specifically he couldn't break the one he was holding, so here's a functional (but how functional?) sacrifical lamb instead.

With so many handheld competitors it’d be great to see a video with your top recommendations to make it easier for buyers to decide. Great video ❤

Wifi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, Intel Ultra, AND Hall Effect joysticks and triggers! MSI really packed all the best and newest tech into such a tiny space and for such a reasonable price!

Dennis with his quirky personality and fun accent makes a great host for ad segments. Way to go Dennis. Great Job 👍

Does the screen support VRR? If not that seems like a good advantage to the Ally still. I will say I am pretty intrigued, but I need to see performance numbers before I decide if I want to upgrade my Ally or not. And then there are the upcoming Ayaneo devices to consider, the Emulation enthusiast in me is SEVERELY tempted by the Flip DS with the new Ryzen 8000 mobile chips and that secondary display would make it perfect for DS and 3DS emulation. So many choices in handhelds. Thanks Valve for showing there was a main stream market for these devices.
