please do not ever use vaseline on your eyelashes, it can cause milia, which are a bunch of tiny bumps that take forever to go away. I learned the hard way

trimming your lashes do in fact make them grow longer, when I was around 8 I trimmed my left eye's lashes and they're visibly longer, fuller and a darker shade compared to my right eye's lashes!
