I’d love to better understand why the Dylan Howard text(s) aren’t admissible. Truth is truth. What difference does it make to whom the statement was made? Jurors are dismissed because of social media posts to no one in particular. Confessions are made to no one in particular. Wire taps with incriminating content can be made to no one in particular and are still admitted. My god, for a country that is or was “great, ” our systems are woefully inadequate, vulnerable, illogical… and too easily perverted by someone with as little shame or ethics as Trump and those he deploys and employs.

If this is the only criminal trial to proceed before the election, if this goes to an unanimous jury, the judge needs to convict and hopefully that means JAIL TIME. NOONE is above the law, even the president. He can just be confined to his own cell 24 hours a day. secret service can stand guard outside. JAIL is the only thing he deserves.
