I just went to Schwartz’s last weekend for my birthday. Had to go at 3:30 pm to beat the crowd. 😂 You must filmed your interview at 3:00 because by 4:30 the place is packed. I live in the Milwaukee area and when I want a great steak I will travel the 65 miles to St Anna. To quote Kent Rollins a YouTuber “ You can’t get full on fancy”

Supper Clubs and Bed & Breakfasts .... great ways to enjoy the best of Wisconsin. Go and enjoy a supper like your Grandparents did. Some of these places are just frozen in time. You get there, and it's time to slow down, turn off the smart phone, and enjoy being with family and friends.
