Still not sure what it's supposed to do ( sorry) made a two column table; items, unit,
pivot table sum units count items, set both to index everything = 1 ?

Learned something new today. Never too late. Thanks. However I have a PIVOT table where grand row total did not appear. So I added a calculated field for Row total. However the INDEX function does not make the calculation. It shows one while when I make copy paste and do the INDEX calculation by means of the formula it shows the Index result. Any thoughts on this?
