I found the background music very distracting. It's one thing to have music intro and outro, but to have it on during the lecture, is confusing to the brain. It reminds me of trying to listen to a conversation at a party with the band playing in the background. Counter to what you're professing to know about the brain and learning, the music works as a major distraction to learning. Try again without the music.

I stopped watching after they got the workforce stat wrong. Where are the Gen Zs? They're joining the workforce and often earlier than Millenials did due to apprenticeships. I also find it hard to believe as some at the leading edge of Millenials that those that make up the 28 years of labour before me i.e. 40-68 make up such a tiny fraction cmpared to the 20 ish years behind me.
