How To Operate: Selectable Joystick Control (SJC) Control Patterns | Bobcat Loaders

Показать описание
One of the key benefits of Selectable Joystick Control is the ability to switch operation back and forth between two different control patterns: ISO and H-Pattern. This enables every operator of your Bobcat® loader to operate with their preferred style of controls. In this how-to video, Mike Fitzgerald of Bobcat shows you some basic operation pointers for each control pattern.
SELECTABLE CONTROL PATTERN: ISO OR H-PATTERN
Selectable Joystick Controls offer low-effort hand control of all machine work group functions in ISO or H-Pattern. Operators can easily activate their preferred control mode with the push of a button inside the cab.
FINGERTIP SWITCHES
Regardless of how you choose to operate Bobcat joysticks, you’ll have the convenience of using fingertip auxiliary controls and other buttons that are located directly on the joystick. You’ll be able to control machine features easily and intuitively without taking your hands off the joystick. This allows for efficient and easy multifunctioning, which is essential for operator productivity.
ISO CONTROL PATTERN
When using the ISO control pattern, the left joystick controls travel direction while the right joystick adjusts your lift and tilt. Move the left joystick forward and backward to move forward and backward. Move the left joystick left or right to turn the machine.
The right joystick controls the lift arms and the bucket. Moving the right joystick forward and backward will lower and raise the lift arms. Moving the right joystick left and right will curl and dump the bucket.
H-PATTERN
When it comes to machine movement, H-Pattern controls work a little bit more like traditional skid-steer loader levers. The right-hand joystick controls the drive on your right. The left-hand joystick controls the drive on your left. You'll push both levers forward to go forward, and backward to go backward. Pulling the right lever back while moving the left lever forward will "skid" the machine to the right. Pulling back on the left lever while pushing the right lever forward will "skid" the machine left. Moving the left joystick to the left will raise the lift arms. Moving the left joystick right will lower the lift arms. To curl the bucket toward you, move the right joystick left. To dump the bucket, move the right joystick to the right.
