i mean i feel the clown's pain adrenaline is one of many perks with really no downside being 99% of the perk is useful 1% being exhausted isnt that bad when it means ... a whole different pallet or a free easy escape with a full health bar thanks to perk effect ... by the way you can kobe using anything like slippery meat and salty lips with adrenaline and come off hook at full health WHENEVER tell me adrenaline has a downside really it has no true downside
