In order to support the contributions and achievements of women and in compliance of the mandatory circular issued by 𝐀𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐢𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢 𝐕𝐚𝐣𝐩𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 (𝐀𝐁𝐕𝐌𝐔),𝐒𝐑𝐌𝐒 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 (𝐈𝐏𝐒), 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐲 recently organized an 𝐎𝐚𝐭𝐡-𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 to raising awareness on critical social issues of 𝐍𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐚 𝐌𝐮𝐤𝐭𝐢 (𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧) &𝐃𝐚𝐡𝐞𝐣 𝐌𝐮𝐤𝐭𝐢 (𝐃𝐨𝐰𝐫𝐲 𝐄𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧).The ceremony witnessed enthusiastic participation of students and faculty members, who solemnly pledged to contribute towards building a society free from substance abuse and dowry practices.

The prime objective was to encourage students to take a firm stand against these deep-rooted social evils and become active change-makers within their families, schools, and communities. Addressing the gathering, 𝐃𝐫 𝐉𝐚𝐬𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐊𝐚𝐮𝐫, Principal IPS, emphasized upon the adverse impact of drug addiction on youth and the prevalence of dowry practices in marriages. The ceremony concluded with active support and commitment of students towards government's initiatives in eliminating these social evils.

The event saw the presence of 𝐄𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐌𝐞𝐡𝐫𝐚, Trust Advisor, 𝐃𝐫 𝐉𝐚𝐬𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐊𝐚𝐮𝐫; 𝐑𝐨𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐆𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐰𝐚𝐫, DSW along with faculty members and students of IPS.
