I love how much the development of each character in this movie

Meena: Has grown so much more confident and owns her roles

Ash: Doesn’t accept being treated as less than she is

Jhonny: he’s a lot more open

Roseta: she’s also a lot more confident

Gunther: still his awesome piggy powered self

Here's a nice detail. Throughout the entire movie. All of the people who auditioned for the previous movie make cameos.
The wildebeast(I think that's what he was he sung "You're my Butterfly) he was on the billboard in the city.
The three bunny girls are playing the guitars.
The five red panda sisters were in the audience when Ash was playing.
And a few others are actually in this opening. You gotta look in the city when they just arrive for some more of them.

Seriously though, this was a really rockin’ scene! Who would have thought “Alice in Wonderland” and Prince’s “Let’s Go Crazy” would go so well together?

Meena's fear almost held her back from doing what she loved for a lot of the original movie, so it's very wholesome to see how much she's enjoying herself in this number.

Also, Johnny is looking quite dapper in his role as the Mad Hatter.
